All participants must reside in FL and/or in 1 of the following counties: Gadsden, Hamilton, Jefferson, Lafayette, Leon, Madison, Suwanee, Taylor, or Wakulla

All participants must have unrestricted access to a phone and/or laptop computer exceptions may apply depending on hardship
