Our mission is to empower fathers through change by means of connecting and navigating access to information and resources otherwise unknown. To enrich the lives of fathers through strategic and collaborative outreach through the enhancement of knowledge and development of skills. To equip fathers and their minor children with tools necessary to demonstrate skills acquired to become the next generation of thought leaders leading by example. To continue to build a network of fathers 18+ having at least one minor child or child(ren) within targeted underserved, underdeveloped, urban, or rural areas. Reaching fathers at risk of or currently facing default of child support and estrangement from their minor child(ren) without a criminal history of violent crimes. 

Community Dad  has optimized the wheel rather than reinvent it. Through which we leverage collaborations, partnerships, and technology to address socioeconomic cycles impeding growth & development within the lives of fathers and their minor child(ren). Community Dad seeks to empower, enrich, and equip  fathers with education through the transfer of information in support of socioeconomic advancement and stability. To reduce the number of fathers under or unemployed, in default or facing child support, and absent from the lives of their under aged children. Using our three pillars to prepare fathers to transition from absent to present, instability to stability, and poverty to prosperity.
